Sleep Silent is a 12-week online training program designed to enhance the effectiveness of treating obstructive sleep apnea and snoring, primarily by improving oral and nasal breathing functions.

The program is based on the FaceFormer and Froggymouth trainer devices, recognized in sleep medicine, and integrates well with dental appliance therapy (e.g., SleepSol).

User-friendly and structured on a weekly basis, the program can be done at home and provides clear, accessible education to improve compliance, while preparing patients for long-term habit changes.

Sleep Easy – Insomnia & Stress-Related Sleep Disorders

Sleep Easy provides online support for those dealing with insomnia and stress-related sleep disturbances.

The program focuses on breathing, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, and mindfulness-based bedtime routines, and was developed in collaboration with experienced coaching professionals.
