PROGRAM 1
Coaching in treatment planning and appliance design
- There are clinicians who like to have mentoring at the beginning of their career when starting a new technique. This opportunity is very helpful for them. When sending the case to the lab they need to send all the required patient records (including the GDPR patient agreement) and based on the records Dr Hermann will assist you in planning the case and the appliance. This service is suitable for early orthodontic/dentofacial orthopedic cases only and not suitable for sleep dental and adult orthodontic cases.

Program 2
Coaching in treatment management
- When a clinician starts a new technique this is quite challenging to find solutions for challenges. Study Clubs sometimes give good support, but the real back-up is when you have regular support from an experienced clinician. This is a group coaching with limited number of participants and with regular meetings. We go through all cases and discuss them, so we all can learn from these cases.
